The best store, the best service! I\'ve outfitted two nurseries over the last 4 years, and I couldn\'t be more happy for my sales consultant or the store in general. There aren\'t many stores like theirs, thankfully! God forbid that all I had to choose from was the big box stores!

The furniture selection is wonderful but customer service is not so great. I chose to order my baby\'s furniture from USABaby because I expected excellent customer service. What I found out is that this store offers a one sided contract. Everything protects the store/owners and no protection for the customer.\r\n\r\n I ordered my baby\'s furniture in October and was told that it would take 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. When the furniture didn\'t arrive on time, I called the store. It took them three days to call me back and I was then informed that my furniture had arrived at the manufacturing warehouse, but was sent back due to poor construction. I was upset because I feel that after paying the total amount for the furniture, I believe I should have been called and consulted about the poor construction so I could decide if I wanted the same brand or a different brand. I was told that all sales are final and I didn\'t really have a choice in the matter. I was also told by the owner of this store that in a perfect world they would have called me but it\'s just not realistic with the volume of sales they get. Excuse me, but I visited this store multiple times before I purchased furniture and I didn\'t see any more than a handful of people at a time. \r\n\r\nWhen our furniture finally arrived, it was still poorly constructed and USABaby had to send a furniture doctor to make repairs to the dresser and we had to send off for a missing piece to the crib. Never did the store offer to return some of my money, offer any discounts for other purchases, or offer an apology for this botched order. Instead they told me that I was lucky because of a manufacturing problem, so people would have to wait an additional 3 months for their furniture. I didn\'t find anything luck about my situation. \r\n\r\nI will not shop at this \"boutique\" store again. Thank you for the opportunity to write a review of USABaby.
